It was soon discovered by bird hunters, clay target shooters, and most recently discovered by new gun owners searching for a safe, affordable, way to learn gun safety and proficiency .

It doesn't matter what 'tool' is used: shotgun, rifle, handgun, bow, or BB gun, skills required can be mastered at home in front of a mirror without firing a shot. Once the skills are mastered, practice on a range with live ammunition enables the new shooter to become familiar with firing line safety, recoil, and noise.

Awesome moral and legal responsibilities come with gun ownership. Be sure to check with local Law Enforcement before purchasing or transporting a gun.

WARNING!! It is a known fact; we resort to whatever action we have taught our instincts to do when confronted by a life threatening or emergency situation. If you have practiced and are proficient with sights on a rifle, shotgun, or handgun, a gun fight is NOT the place to learn instinctive shooting!

The sightless spring/air BB gun, around which the Shoot Where You Look ^SM program was developed, is not available. BB guns on the market at present, slow enough in velocity to be used for the program, are not accurate. A BB gun that won't shoot in the same place 6 out of 10 times (at 12 feet) is a sure fire way to discourage a shooter. BB guns and/or pellet guns accurate enough for the purpose develop too much velocity and are deadly dangerous . 'Pump up' and CO2 powered BB/Pellet guns should not be used for the Shoot Where You Look ^SM program. If you don't have a BB gun your favorite shotgun is all you need. Our customers tell us, "Using a safe shotgun in front of a mirror is not as much fun as the BB gun, but is very effective. Besides, the need to transfer from the BB gun to the shotgun is eliminated."
