BB guns on the market at present, slow enough in velocity to be used for the program, are not accurate. A BB gun that won't shoot in the same place 6 out of 10 times (at 12 feet) is a sure fire way to discourage a shooter. BB guns and/or pellet guns accurate enough for the purpose develop too much velocity and are deadly dangerous . 'Pump up' and CO2 powered BB/Pellet guns should not be used for the Shoot Where You Look ^SM program. If you don't have a BB gun your favorite shotgun is all you need. Our customers tell us, "Using a safe shotgun in front of a mirror is not as much fun as the BB gun, but is very effective. Besides, the need to transfer from the BB gun to the shotgun is eliminated."
